Brief History
Beautiful, two-story, hand-built home in the heart of the Village of Chauncey. This home was built by the Stanley brothers in early 1903 and completed around 1923. It was used to house coal miners and as a shoe repair shop for the coal mine. The brothers made each brick of this house from the soil in the garden area. This Historic Homes’ namesake, Clair Parson was the most loved resident of Chauncey, Ohio for the past 60 years.
